SEASONAL CAMPAIGNS AND ACTIVATIONS

The retail and Shopping Centre industry holds immense potential for seasonal promotional campaigns, spanning school holidays and Easter to Valentine's Day and Christmas. However, this scope is often underestimated by many.

With over 20 years of experience in the Shopping Centre environment, the nuances of engaging and retaining customer interest require careful planning to develop effective strategies that can set themselves apart in intensely competitive markets.

Whether it's promoting a new, existing, or relaunched Centre, we possess the expertise to craft tailored campaign strategies that will help you distinguish yourself.

Some of the most unforgettable moments in our lives stir deep emotions. Events like a breathtaking wedding ceremony, the joyous arrival of a new baby, or a long-awaited holiday stand out in our memories due to their emotional significance. Similarly, when you design a marketing experience that strongly connects with consumers’ feelings, they are much more likely to remember both that experience and your brand.

When consumers respond positively to the emotions conveyed in your marketing, your brand can greatly benefit from that association. For example, if an ad evokes a warm and fuzzy feeling, your audience is likely to connect that positive emotion to your brand, extending beyond just that one campaign. The secret lies in giving consumers a reason to believe.

MARKETING TO THE HEART

A CELEBRITY AT MY TABLE

An exclusive event called "A Celebrity at My Table" was created to boost sales and showcase the diverse dining options available in the Shopping Centre. To take part, customers were required to make a qualifying purchase at any store in the Shopping Center and submit their receipts. Then, they would receive a complimentary invitation for two to attend the event.

The event was a huge success, with all available spots taken within 3 days. As a result, sales in the restaurants and cafes increased, and the participating brands gained valuable exposure and recognition.

ANZAC REMEMBRANCE

An activation was organised with the local RSA to honor New Zealanders who served and died in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.

People could donate gold coins and write about a loved one who served, then place the message on the wall. All donations were given to the local RSA.

This initiative aimed to foster a sense of community, belonging, and support for a local Not-for-Profit Organisation.

THE GRAND OPENING OF H & M

In partnership with H&M, we launched their inaugural store in New Zealand at Sylvia Park. As a global brand, the opening process followed a familiar template used worldwide. Meticulous planning and precise timing were essential in taking over the Center Wide media assets, and we managed the activation areas in a welcoming manner to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers, including those who lined up overnight to visit.

Media, celebrities, and the public welcomed the introduction of H & M and shopped long into the night.

FASHION IN THE CITY

When tasked with showcasing the latest fashion trends in a CBD Shopping Centre, we developed a campaign aimed at captivating a diverse audience and empowering them to express their own unique style.

We placed display pieces throughout the Centre and included a call to action to boost sales in a fiercely competitive market. Due to the strategic placement of the fashion offer across multi-media platforms, both sales and foot traffic increased during the campaign.
